TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONDENSA AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brown County, Wisconsin.
